
Kaseya is hiring for its research and development center of excellence, which will be its second location in Dundalk when it opens.
Kaseya, a US-based provider of IT management and security software, has announced that it plans to create 250 new ones jobs in Co Louth for the next three years.
The roles will be based at Kaseya's planned Center of Excellence to be set up in Dundalk. Kaseya serves a customer base of managed service providers and small to medium-sized businesses. Its technology enables its customers to efficiently manage, secure and secure their IT. The company is represented in more than 20 countries worldwide.
This planned center of excellence will be his second office in Dundalk. Kaseya established its Irish branch in 2016 and set up its EMEA headquarters in Dublin.
"We saw a tremendous opportunity to expand the technology ecosystem in Ireland - we're already in Dublin - and decided to open a second office in Dundalk," said Fred Voccola, CEO of Kaseya.
“We plan to attract top tech talent and build a robust workforce pool in the local community. We are excited about this partnership, which will expand Kaseya's presence in Ireland, where Kaseya has its roots," added Voccola.
The new Dundalk center will focus on high growth engineering and R&D activities. Kaseya is looking for Engineers, Technical Support and Sales Representatives. The company will also work with higher education institutes in the Dundalk area to develop the next generation of tech talent.
Kaseya's recruitment plans and expansion in Dundalk are supported by the Government through IDA Ireland.
Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment Leo Varadkar TD said the announcement showed Kaseya's "commitment to Ireland and the attractiveness of Dundalk as an investment location".
“It's also a real vote of confidence in the existing Kaseya team here – I'm sure it was their hard work that gave the company the confidence to continue to expand. Kaseya has experienced remarkable growth over the past few years and I wish the team continued success with the new Dundalk office,” added Varadkar.
