The head of the federal government's cyber agency, jen osterly, says that during her one-year tenure she has spent most of her time building her organization into one where people enjoy working, and she wants to convince everyone else to take better care of their own computers and phones — which means dropping the “nerdspeak”.

Easterly, head of the Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), seeks to demystify cybersecurity.
